About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a Retail Stylist who is customer-service oriented and passionate about people. The Retail Stylist is expected to become a product expert, educate and inform customers, help outfit them for any occasion, and serve as an ambassador of the BYLT brand. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift or move approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a strong customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Notify clientele about current promotions and merchandise that may interest them.
• Respond to customer questions and handle interactions or concerns courteously and professionally.
• Process payments by cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
