About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through product knowledge, customer engagement, and smart selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and inspire customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions. During customer interactions, they offer a warm welcome and build personal relationships. They maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and items for return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another and work to improve their individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
