Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when carrying out tasks.
• Champion new ideas and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless, authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales and exceed customer selling and service expectations.
• Assist with operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by the management team, while acting in accordance with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
