As a Sales Associate, you represent the brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work effectively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while carrying out tasks.
• Champion new ideas and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills when navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding customer selling and service expectations.
• Complete operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by the management team in alignment with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
