About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you act as a brand ambassador by bringing your personal style, passion for the product, and welcoming energy to the sales floor. You create genuine connections with customers and help them find their unique look. You collaborate with team members and managers to drive the business, complete tasks that support a seamless customer experience, and contribute a collaborative, kind, and inclusive atmosphere. The role requires a customer-focused, flexible team member who enjoys the brand and fashion, uses technology appropriately, and is available during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Associates must be able to move throughout the store and perform the physical requirements of the position.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be available to work when the store is busy, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Be able to bend, reach, and stretch, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
Be able to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Bring a welcoming, customer-focused approach and communicate authentically.
Have an interest in the brand and a strong fashion aesthetic.
Be flexible, goal-oriented, and able to use technology while keeping customer interactions personal.
Build productive relationships with the team and treat others with respect.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations.
Complete training, use product knowledge tools, and participate in fit sessions; apply those experiences in the role.
Assist with store tasks to ensure customers see the store at its best.
Share feedback, insights, and ideas with the management team.
Act in a manner aligned with the company's values.
