About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor where merchandise is ready to impress customers, and collaborate with the team to create personalized experiences and support an inviting store environment. The role involves delivering customer-focused service, sharing product knowledge, using available technology to support seamless omnichannel shopping, and partnering with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations. This is a regular, part-time position at Festival at Woodholme in Baltimore, Maryland.

Requirements

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
