About The Position

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role involves engaging customers, supporting selling across the sales floor, using technology to complete transactions and locate or order products, collaborating with peers, sharing product knowledge, and supporting visual, shipment, and order fulfillment operations while maintaining store standards and keeping the customer at the center.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in or enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights about the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products, contribute to omni order fulfillment, and maintain sales-floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards, stay current on merchandising updates, and keep the focus on the customer.
