About The Position

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role involves engaging customers in a personalized and welcoming way, supporting selling across the sales floor, and using technology to complete transactions, find products, and place orders. The associate also works collaboratively with peers, shares product and styling knowledge, supports shipment and order fulfillment, and maintains Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer central.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Connect with multiple customers on the sales floor and share product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and order items unavailable in store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
Contribute to positive team morale through store initiatives and recognition of peers and leaders in the SPARKED journal.
Share customer and employee experience feedback with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling contribute to the store’s business on each shift.
Support shipment and omni order fulfillment processes and help maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards and stay current on merchandising updates.
