About The Position

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role engages customers through personalized service, supports selling across the sales floor, and uses technology to facilitate transactions, locate products, and place orders. The associate also works collaboratively with the team, shares product and trend knowledge, supports shipment and omni order fulfillment, and maintains visual and operational standards while keeping the customer central.

Responsibilities

• Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
• Support selling throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and order items unavailable in the store.
• Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
• Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
• Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
• Share insights about customer and employee experiences and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
• Understand how service and selling contributions on each shift affect the store’s business.
• Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products, contribute to omni order fulfillment, and maintain floor stock levels.
• Maintain Anthropologie visual and operational standards, stay current on merchandising updates, and keep the focus on the customer.
