About The Position

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role involves engaging customers on the sales floor, supporting transactions and product discovery with technology, collaborating with coworkers, and helping maintain the store’s visual standards, stock levels, and order-fulfillment processes.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in or affinity for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

• Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
• Support selling throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Use technology to complete transactions, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
• Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and make an effort to help others.
• Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
• Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
• Share insights about customer and employee experiences and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
• Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
• Support shipment processing and build awareness of new and restocked products.
• Contribute to omni order fulfillment while maintaining sales-floor stock levels.
• Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer in focus, and stay current on merchandising updates.
