About The Position

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role focuses on personalized customer engagement, product suggestions, in-the-moment transactions and order placement, teamwork, product knowledge, and supporting store visual and operational standards. The position is located at 14551 SW 5th Street, Pembroke Pines, Florida, 33027.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support a selling environment across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share customer and employee experience insights and feedback with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling contribute to the store’s business on every shift.
Support shipment and omni order fulfillment processes, build product awareness, and maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer, and stay current on merchandising updates.
