About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The role may include operating the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience and knowledge of cash register operation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices.

- Ability to operate a register quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them while they shop.
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Operate the register to ring up and complete customer sales.
- Collect payments by cash and credit card.
- Issue receipts and refunds to customers.
- Take additional responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
- Drive sales by participating in company-directed targeted product promotions and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to help customers make selections.
