About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor with merchandise in its proper place and ready for customers. Working with your team, you create personalized customer experiences and contribute to an inviting store environment. The role also includes using technology and available tools to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience and partnering with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
