Vuori is seeking a seasonal Retail Sales Associate at The Mall at Short Hills. Associates contribute to customer service, sales goals, store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience, and communicate inventory needs.
Keep the sales floor stocked each evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
