About The Position

Vuori is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at The Mall at Short Hills. Associates create a strong customer experience, support sales goals in a team-based commission environment, maintain product knowledge, and assist with store operations and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
Work with the sales team to provide customers with excellent service.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge across fashion and activewear to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while maintaining focus on the customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Stock the sales floor each evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
