About The Position

The Commission Sales associate in Lingerie helps customers find apparel that supports their confidence and comfort. The role centers on personalized styling and fit guidance, building customer relationships through digital and in-store interactions, and achieving sales goals. Nordstrom provides training on its bra-fitting process, as well as ongoing fashion and product knowledge training through Nordstrom and brand consultants. The associate also works with the team to keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring customers and providing appropriate fit and style guidance.
Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
Achieve in-store and digital sales goals, using tools such as text and social media.
Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through training provided by Nordstrom and brand consultants.
Collaborate with the team to fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
