About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create memorable experiences for families at the Santa photo set at The Mall at Short Hills. The associate welcomes families, engages with children, takes photographs, and provides guests with souvenirs while delivering warm, festive service throughout the experience. Photography experience is not required. The role supports smooth photo operations, including use of a POS system and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. This seasonal position requires at least 20 hours per week or as needed, with availability during peak retail periods such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training meetings and required courses must be completed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photographs and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making families feel welcome and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
