About The Position

Tory Burch is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to help deliver memorable customer experiences and drive store sales. The role focuses on building customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create a strong customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Associates also follow sales and operational policies and procedures, contribute to visual and operational needs, and support loss prevention while collaborating with the store team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical activities including carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
