About The Position

The PT Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, and creating a strong customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge. Associates communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle while ensuring sales and operational policies and procedures are followed. The position also calls for resourcefulness, collaboration, visual and operational awareness, and a commitment to loss prevention. The role is seasonal and requires an open, flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical activities including carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
