Responsibilities

• Approach and assist multiple customers, providing personal and genuine service.
• Turn customer interactions into sales opportunities and encourage brand loyalty through exceptional service.
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members and customers across a variety of differences.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and resolve problems efficiently at the first point of contact.
• Use POS systems, customer systems, and mobile devices to provide fast, seamless omnichannel service.
• Promote L.L.Bean-sponsored programs, including Outdoor Discovery School and the L.L.Bean Mastercard program.
• Keep the store organized, maintain visual and merchandising standards, and support store operations processes.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve results, contribute to a positive work environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to help maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
