About The Position

The Sales Associate role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and facilitating the sales process. After an initial training period, compensation will be a combination of hourly pay and commission, with the potential for straight commission after 90 days. Requirements

Ability to lift merchandise of 40lbs to move furniture as part of the selling process
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
Ability to listen and respond to customer’s needs
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Positive attitude when working with internal and external customers
Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures
Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion
Lifting up to 40 lbs rarely, and/or up to 10 lbs occasionally to move objects.
