Seasonal Sales Associate (PT) - Mall at University Town Center
About The Position
The Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate supports sales and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on helping customers find suitable products, providing personalized product and styling recommendations, contributing to individual and store sales goals, and creating a positive in-store shopping experience. Associates also help maintain the sales floor, support merchandising and replenishment, assist with fitting room and customer service needs, and contribute to stocking, inventory organization, and other store operations. The position requires availability Thursday through Sunday, including Black Friday, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas week. Associates may be scheduled for up to 20 hours per week based on business needs, with shifts of at least four hours.
Requirements
- Availability Thursday through Sunday, including Black Friday, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Friendly, customer-first mindset and focus on customer service.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with Apple products, G-suite, and omni-channel POS systems.
- High school degree.
