About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Madewell, you represent the brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work effectively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

This is a seasonal position. The hourly pay range is $15.92–$19.10. Pay may vary based on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The role may also offer bonus opportunities and competitive benefits and perks, subject to work location, employment type, and eligibility requirements.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Assist with operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by the management team, acting in a manner aligned with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
