About The Position
Cotton On Kids is a children's fashion brand offering clothing essentials and current trends for babies and children. The Sales Associate works in the Staten Island, NY location and helps customers, represents the brand, maintains the sales floor, replenishes merchandise, and supports daily store operations and inventory management. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of work experience.
- Strong understanding of sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and move throughout shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, squat, kneel, and safely use ladders or step stools.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
