About The Position

Batteries Plus is hiring a full-time Sales Associate for its Customer Service Team in Manassas, Virginia. This customer-service-oriented role involves assisting a wide range of customers with battery, lighting, and device-repair needs. The position pays $14.00–$15.00 per hour, plus sales incentive bonuses, and offers a flexible schedule within the store’s operating hours: Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Sales Associates welcome customers in person and by phone, provide assistance and advice, support sales, and help keep the store and their personal presentation organized and professional. The role also involves moving around the store, placing products, using common hand and power tools for auto battery installations, and following battery and bulb safety rules. Training in device repair is provided.

Responsibilities
