About The Position

Drybar is seeking retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service. Retail receptionists are called Bartenders because they tend to the social experience of the shop’s bar atmosphere. The role involves engaging with clients, creating a welcoming experience, and helping turn around customer experiences in a fast-paced setting. Compensation is advertised at $15–$21 per hour, consisting of guaranteed hourly wages and commissions with no ceiling. Set schedules are available for full-time or part-time employees.
