About The Position

Drybar is a blow-dry-only bar focused exclusively on blowouts. The company is seeking retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to clients. All Charlotte-area locations are under the same management, and resumes are reviewed by the same recruiter. Each Drybar shop is independently owned and operated, and franchise owners are responsible for employment decisions at their shops.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-centered environment, such as retail sales, customer service, store, or salon work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask with ease.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of 6–8-hour shifts.
• Technical ability and skills to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems is strongly preferred.
• Previous salon or spa experience is preferred but not required.
