About The Position
Drybar is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, sales-driven Sales Associate / Guest Experience Specialist to welcome guests and help create the signature Drybar experience. Drybar focuses on blowouts and aims to provide guests with confidence, connection, and an exceptional experience. The role suits someone who enjoys connecting with people, recommending products, and working in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment. The associate creates a warm first impression, provides attentive customer service, and recommends memberships, retail products, and services suited to guest needs. They also manage front-desk operations, including appointments, guest check-in and checkout, and transactions; address concerns professionally; and support a clean, organized, polished shop and positive team environment. The posting offers a starting hourly rate of $18, with additional earning potential based on commission sales.
