About The Position

Drybar is hiring a front desk receptionist and sales associate to help create a welcoming client experience at its blowout-focused salon. The role is suited to friendly, outgoing people who enjoy talking with clients, working in a busy environment, and recommending products or memberships when appropriate. The position offers starting pay of $14.50–$15.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities, paid training, employee discounts, predictable schedules, and opportunities to grow into leadership and other roles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and check them in for appointments.
• Help clients book and manage appointments.
• Keep the front desk organized and the shop running smoothly.
• Discuss Drybar products, services, and memberships with clients.
• Help clients find products that suit them.
• Support stylists and fellow team members.
• Help create an upbeat, welcoming client experience.
