About The Position
Drybar is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, sales-driven Sales Associate / Guest Experience Specialist to welcome guests and help create the shop’s signature experience. The role is suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people, recommending beauty products and services, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, upbeat environment. Drybar specializes in blowouts and does not offer cuts or color.

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and make them feel welcome.
- Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to create a memorable visit.
- Recommend memberships, retail products, and available services that fit guests’ needs, and work toward sales goals.
- Manage appointments, check guests in and out, and process transactions accurately.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and find solutions with appropriate support when needed.
- Communicate effectively, stay organized, and help maintain a clean, polished, welcoming shop.
- Help create a positive, upbeat environment for guests and team members.
