About The Position

Drybar is seeking a friendly, outgoing front desk team member to create a welcoming client experience in a busy beauty-focused shop. The role combines reception, customer service, appointment coordination, and sales. The employee is the first point of contact for clients and helps ensure the front desk and shop operate smoothly. Starting pay is $14.50–$15.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Paid training is provided, and the position offers predictable schedules, employee discounts, and opportunities to grow into leadership and other roles. Each Drybar shop is independently owned and operated; franchise owners are responsible for employment decisions, and employees are employed by the franchise owner.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and check them in for appointments.
• Help clients book and manage appointments.
• Keep the front desk organized and help the shop run smoothly.
• Discuss Drybar products, services, and memberships with clients.
• Help clients find products that suit them.
• Support stylists and fellow team members.
• Help create an upbeat, welcoming client experience.
