Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Drybar is seeking retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service. The position, referred to as a “Bartender” at Drybar, focuses on tending to the social experience of the shop’s bar atmosphere. The posting advertises flexible schedules, paid training, free blowouts, and pay of $15–$21 per hour comprised of guaranteed hourly wages and commissions, with no commission ceiling. Employees may pursue growth through management, educational, and marketing career paths, with monthly bonuses. The role may also offer opportunities to coordinate weddings, off-site photoshoots, events and fundraisers, and pop-up beauty events. Shops are independently owned and operated by franchise owners, who are responsible for employment decisions.
