About The Position
Clarks is hiring seasonal, part-time Sales Associates for its Full Price stores. Sales Associates support store sales and deliver positive customer service while maintaining merchandise organization, store presentation, and a comfortable environment for colleagues. The role includes following loss-prevention policies and completing assigned tasks. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed.
