The associate works with customers and the merchant group, builds customer relationships and a client base, and supports store management in health, safety, and operational matters. Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

A college degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
Drive business with the merchant group and assist with general problem solving.

Execute standard operating procedures and follow company policies.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
Support store management in implementing health and safety policy and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance.
Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.
Create exciting merchandise presentations that showcase the brand.
