About The Position
As a Shoe Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. In this action-packed department, you make a lasting impression on customers’ shopping experiences by building relationships and developing brand knowledge to meet their needs. You help customers with shoe sizing, fitting, and trying on footwear, support sales goals, and maintain the department and shoe stock room. The role requires availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Develop customer relationships to grow business.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Use product knowledge and knowledge of store services to create a strong customer experience.
- Ring POS transactions and enter key account information.
- Assist customers with shoe sizing, fitting, and trying on shoes.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department and shoe stock room.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
