About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort and confidence. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment, helping create a culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. It is a temporary, part-time position at the Village Point store in Omaha, Nebraska.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; move around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality.
• Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
• Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.
• Contribute to store performance by remaining accountable to personal goals.
• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
