About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store beautiful by organizing merchandise and ensuring it is correctly placed on the sales floor. You collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences and maintain an inviting sales-floor environment.

The role includes connecting with customers and listening to their needs; sharing product knowledge and styling recommendations; using brand behaviors and personalized service to build brand loyalty; upholding visual and operational standards; and using technology and available tools to support company priorities, promotions, and seamless omnichannel shopping. You partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
