About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort and confidence. The Sales Associate is part of a customer-centered, hospitable store environment, helping customers feel empowered through genuine connections, product knowledge, and personalized service. The role contributes to store performance and brand standards through customer service, omnichannel support, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and teamwork. This is a temporary, part-time position at the Short Pump Town Center store in Richmond, Virginia, with an hourly pay range of $12.77–$15.95.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
