About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds customer relationships, and drives business through sales. The role combines personal selling and extensive product knowledge with an understanding of the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Associates help ensure sales and operational policies and procedures are followed, while contributing to a collaborative team and maintaining a commitment to loss prevention.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
