About The Position

The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment, providing hospitality, building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and delivering personalized service. The role supports store performance and creates a positive, visually inspiring shopping experience through teamwork and attention to brand standards.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
