About The Position

The Full-Time Sales Associate assists the store management team with daily store operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising, and other responsibilities assigned by management. Duties are performed professionally, courteously, reliably, and with a focus on results. The position works a standard schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week and may require work at multiple stores in the assigned district. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including extended hours during critical project phases.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with management, customers, and other employees.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with minimal supervision, including taking charge of the store when necessary.
Open availability and flexibility to meet customer demand and business needs.
Basic fashion and style-trend knowledge and interest in working with customers in a retail setting.
Proven ability to build and work as part of a team, handle responsibility, and understand the needs of the street-lifestyle customer.
Willingness to work in multiple stores in the assigned district.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work extended hours during critical project phases and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Build customer relationships and provide attentive, professional, courteous, honest, and responsive service.
Identify customer needs and provide knowledgeable assistance in selecting products.
Use basic fashion and trend knowledge to recommend merchandise and meet customer needs while maintaining company standards.
Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the job and company.
Comply with and enforce company policies.
Participate in service training and product programs.
Assist the Store Manager in monitoring and identifying issues that could affect loss or store inconsistencies, supporting shrink goals at or below company plan.
Monitor and control operational compliance, safety, and business standards.
Support training employees in suggested selling and merchandising techniques.
Help minimize inventory shrinkage, protect against shoplifting and internal theft, and follow loss-prevention policies and security procedures.
Follow proper point-of-sale procedures, balance money received during an assignment, and work with store management to investigate discrepancies.
Keep management informed of important developments, potential problems, and other information needed for effective management.
Help maintain a neat and orderly sales environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
