About The Position

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Cosmoprof focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience and helping customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nail products. The role includes customer service, sales support, merchandising, transaction processing, and maintaining the store environment. A range of working schedules and hours is available.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The role requires extended periods of standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• May work around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally be exposed to irritant chemicals, fumes, or odors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Inform customers about the Loyalty program and enroll them.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Advise customers about beauty products, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.
