About The Position
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Cosmoprof focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience and advising customers on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nail products. Requirements
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- The role involves long periods of standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items.
- May be exposed to fumes, odors, and irritant chemicals on occasion.
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Inform customers about current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Inform customers about and enroll them in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
- Advise customers about beauty products, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.
