About The Position

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor creates a memorable shopping experience for customers and helps guide them through beauty products and services, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. The role involves building customer relationships, sharing product knowledge, recommending products, and supporting store sales and operations. Product education and training are provided. Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• The position requires extended periods of standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.

Responsibilities
