Spanish-Bilingual Sales Associate
About The Position
Heritage Honda Westminster is hiring motivated, customer-focused Spanish-Bilingual Sales Associates. Candidates may be new to sales or have previous automotive sales experience; prior automotive sales experience is not required. The dealership provides comprehensive training and mentoring. The role involves helping Spanish- and English-speaking customers find the right vehicle and supporting them throughout the buying process. Compensation is listed as $31,200–$100,000+ per year, with unlimited earning potential. Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Self-motivation, a goal-oriented approach, and commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or commission-based work is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology accurately to prospective customers.
- Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers throughout the vehicle-buying process.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through phone calls, emails, internet inquiries, and other lead sources.
- Explain vehicle pricing, financing options, and available products and services.
- Negotiate pricing professionally while working to meet customer needs and dealership goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain an ethical, professional, and customer-focused approach to business activities.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Honda vehicles, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
