About The Position

HUGO BOSS is hiring a Part Time Sales Associate for its BOSS Store at Oakbrook Center. The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador who helps bring the company’s collections to customers and contributes to an inclusive, inspirational retail environment.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

BS college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service using effective communication, supporting business with the merchant group and addressing customer and store-related problems.
Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Support store management in implementing health and safety policies and procedures, using provided training and guidance.
Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.
