The position requires flexible shift availability, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to move objects weighing up to 40 pounds while merchandising the sales floor.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in English.
Basic math skills.
Hands-on experience with point-of-sale transactions.
Familiarity with inventory procedures.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-service focus.
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
Availability to work flexible shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds when merchandising the sales floor.
Comfort using ladders or stairs.

Responsibilities
