About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store attractive by organizing merchandise and ensuring it is properly placed on the sales floor. You collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences and maintain an inviting sales-floor environment.

The role involves helping customers find products and styling options, using brand behaviors and personalized service to build loyalty, and upholding visual and operational standards. You also use technology and available tools to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

This is a regular, part-time position at the Johnson Creek Premium outlet store in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
