About The Position
RH is seeking a passionate, sales-driven Outlet Sales Associate to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. Working with team members across the store, the associate proactively engages customers and provides personalized service and attention. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, champions the RH brand, embraces Quality, and builds lasting relationships. RH Outlets offer an elevated luxury-value experience in home furnishings. They curate discontinued, returned, and slightly imperfect items, extending the life of RH designs and making great design more accessible.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
- Proven success exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs while using appropriate equipment and following safety guidelines.
- Ability to maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
Responsibilities
- Represent the RH brand through professional communication, a brand-reflective presence, and exceptional service.
- Engage and educate customers on RH products, highlighting features, benefits, and craftsmanship to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the full RH assortment, services, and policies to confidently meet customer needs.
- Uphold brand integrity by ensuring merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the RH aesthetic.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Drive sales performance by contributing to team goals and supporting overall store success.
