About The Position
RH Outlets are part of the company’s integrated ecosystem, offering an elevated luxury-value experience in home furnishings. They curate discontinued, returned, and slightly imperfect items, extending the life of RH designs and making them accessible to a broader audience. The Outlet Sales Associate is a sales-driven, customer-focused professional who delivers extraordinary customer experiences and champions the RH brand. Working with team members across the store, the associate proactively engages customers and provides personalized service. The role also supports store sales goals, product education, transaction processing, and the presentation of merchandise and the store.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
- Proven success exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
Responsibilities
- Represent the RH brand through professional communication, a brand-reflective presence, and exceptional service.
- Engage and educate customers about RH products, including their features, benefits, and craftsmanship, to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the full RH assortment, services, and policies to meet customer needs.
- Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the RH aesthetic and uphold brand integrity.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently to provide a seamless purchasing experience.
- Contribute actively to team sales goals and overall store success.
